The Standard at College Park student housing project boasts 282 apartments across ten floors. The building houses a total of 952 students. It also contains a 248 space subterranean parking garage and street level retail space. This project presented extraordinary challenges with unprecedented supply chain delays (pandemic related) on the electrical equipment. A comprehensive temporary power plan had to be designed and approved by the County to make up for the equipment delays. Through the tremendous effort of our workforce and partners, we were able to complete the job on time.
