McCormick World Headquarters

The McCormick world headquarters project is a high end tenant fit-out of an existing seven story, 357,000 square foot office building previously occupied by Verizon. A large open atrium was created by cutting out the center of the building allowing the intricate lighting design to be seen from anywhere in the building. An elaborate lighting control system was utilized throughout the building that creates lighting scenes based on available daylight, occupancy and timing schedules while also running harmoniously with the audio/video systems. The first floor boasts six commercial kitchens, a cafeteria style servery and multi-purpose rooms. While the upper floors are open office space topped by a grandiose executive penthouse containing executive offices, conference rooms and dining space.

As a last minute change order, Hirsch Utility completed the parking lot lighting in record speed utilizing a large rock wheel trencher.
