This historic office building, constructed in 1957, was formerly the home of Citibank. Now converted into a multifamily residential building, it boasts 279 apartments, parking garage and creative amenity spaces. In the mid 2000’s, the original electrical distribution system was completely updated. This design build electrical project married the recently replaced main service and vertical busway into the new electrical design.
