The 33rd & St. Paul Mixed Use Development project is a 12 story, 157 apartment unit building providing housing for Johns Hopkins University Students.  The building consists of 4 levels of internal parking and 8 retail shells for future tenant spaces.  With the structure poured in place concrete, accurate sleeve planning and coordination was utilized for the electrical distribution throughout the building.  Building information modeling (BIM) was also required to ensure all MEP distribution systems fit within provided ceiling spaces.  Use of in-house prefabrication for the apartment units was utilized ensuring efficient completion turnover time.
