The Hotel Indigo project was a renovation in the historic Mt. Vernon neighborhood. We performed an electrical upgrade that included a new distribution system including normal and life safety systems, LED lighting throughout including on the exterior facade of the building. The hotel also included a new state of the art kitchen with a restaurant and cocktail bar, a new fitness center, a library with a decorative lobby and a parking garage area along with a new fire alarm system.
