Located in the Station North Arts & Entertainment District, Baltimore Design School is a 90,000 square-foot public middle/high school constructed within a former abandoned factory. Construction consisted of new and renovated areas of classrooms, workshops, kitchen and dining room areas. Total electrical construction consisted of a new Distribution System to include a Generator Backup System, lighting with a Dimming Control System, Fire Alarm System, and Low-Voltage Telecommunications along with A/V, Sound and Access Control.
