520 Park Avenue is an upscale apartment conversion of the formerly known Hochschild Kohn department store warehouse located in the Mount Vernon are of Baltimore City. Construction consisted of 171 units divided between apartment units, common areas, a fitness center and a garage. Complete electrical construction included the installations of two new distribution systems, LED lighting, low-voltage telecommunications and access control, back-up stand-by generator and a new fire alarm system.
