Aspen Heights, located adjacent to the Towson University campus, is a thirteen floor, 248 unit student housing tower with subterranean parking garage. The high rise central tower is constructed of poured in place concrete and is partially surrounded by low rise wood framing. There are limited amenity spaces, so we have showcased our conduit and switchboard installations.
