Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to help successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality installations, supervising the coordination with all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and our employees. Candidate should be a self-starting, highly motivated, goal oriented individual. Requires excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality control. An organized approach to jobsite tasks, to help achieve accuracy and efficiency within our production goals. Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary, including the ability to manage all types of personalities. Must be professionally and technically competent. Project Manager
Seeking a self-starting, highly motivated, goal oriented individual to oversee, coordinate, manage, and provide technical expertise for all aspects of an electrical project from conception to completion. Interpret technical statements of work and design documentation as it relates to project planning, budgeting, procurements, implementation, testing, training, and project completion. Plan, schedule, adjust, and maintain timeline in a fast-paced construction environment while maximizing resources and optimizing within the construction budget. Journeyman’s license or master electrician license is preferred. Background check, including drug test required. Works well with others in order to reach common team goals. Proficiency using various software applications (Viewpoint, MS Office Suite, and Estimating software). Foreman
Capable of managing crews of at least 15 individuals on commercial projects. References from General Contractors to support foreman’s performance on larger projects are necessary. Fire Alarm (NICET) experience and a Master Electricians license considered a plus. Strong organizational and people skills will succeed in this position. Electrical Mechanic
Minimum of 5 years commercial experience and preferable to have completed a certified apprenticeship program. Requirements are pipe bending, trouble shooting, and other various skills that are required in the electrical trade. All applicants must be capable of passing a drug test and must have driver’s license with reliable transportation.
